This notice describes the management of the website regarding the processing of personal data of users who visit it, as well as the data processing practices carried out through this site. In compliance with Articles 13 (for data collected directly from the user) and 14 (for data not collected directly from the user) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), the following information is provided to users of this website. This information refers exclusively to processing carried out through this website and not through other websites that may be visited via links from this site, for which users are advised to consult the respective privacy notices provided by the owners. This website and any services offered through it are reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years old. The Controller does not process personal data of minors under 18 years of age. Upon request, any inadvertently collected personal data of minors will be promptly deleted.

The Controller reserves the right to appoint a third-party agency or consultant as Data Processor for technical assistance, maintenance, technical management, or similar purposes for this website. References to such entities may be provided upon request to the addresses above. The Controller and Data Processor may also process user data through internal staff specifically authorized and instructed to handle personal data.
Categories of Data and Sources

Complaints
Users have the right to lodge complaints under Articles 77 and following GDPR with the supervisory authority in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
