The area of Selva di Cadore is an ideal destination even in winter for those who love to experience the mountains slowly and fully immersed in nature. Snowshoeing on Fertazza Summit offers the opportunity to explore enchanting snowy landscapes, through quiet forests, wide meadows, and panoramic views of the Dolomites.
The trails, groomed by snowcats and marked for pedestrians (walking on ski slopes is prohibited), wind through forests, snowy meadows, and scenic paths along the slopes.
Excursions allow you to reach Fertazza Hut or Belvedere Hut at the top of Fertazza Summit, as well as nearby routes suitable for different skill levels. It is also possible to ascend or descend using the Seggiovie Fertazza.
Depending on the snow conditions, some trails can also be explored with crampons, for a safe winter mountain experience fully immersed in the nature of the Dolomites.
