Forcella Pecol
Slope: Forcella Pecol
Forcella Pecol is a blue run with a historic character, originally created primarily as a link towards the Fontana Fredda run and the Alleghe side of the ski area. Secluded and understated, it still preserves the charm of skiing as it once was.
In its final section, the run is joined by Forcella Pecol 2 before continuing through the forest, following the natural contours of the mountain. Its gentle, flowing course invites skiers to slow down and let the trail guide them through a peaceful setting, far from the wider and busier slopes.
Rather than a descent for speed or sweeping turns, Forcella Pecol is best experienced as part of the journey: a passage among the trees leading towards Fontana Fredda, while revealing one of the most secluded and authentic corners of the Ski Civetta area.
It is a run that tells the story of a different way of experiencing the mountains, shaped by woodland links, small lifts and natural routes—from a time when skiing was not simply a succession of wide slopes, but also a journey of exploration and discovery.
